Automated Expedia Trip Briefings

Every morning, WebRun opens your Expedia bookings, looks at every trip departing in the next seven days, pulls the flight times, hotel address, confirmation numbers, and check-in windows, queues a departure-day text in Twilio for the traveller to approve, and sends you a Telegram briefing of the week's departures.

In short

How do I get a reminder with all my trip details before I travel?

WebRun reads your Expedia trips every morning and pulls the details for anything departing within seven days: flight times, hotel address, confirmation numbers, and check-in status. It queues a departure-day text in Twilio for the traveller to approve and sends you a Telegram briefing of the week's departures.

  • Travellers get their flight and hotel details the day before, every time
  • Missed online check-in windows are flagged while there is still time
  • Bookings missing a hotel or return leg surface a week ahead

Questions, answered

Will it book, change, or cancel a trip?

No. WebRun only reads your existing bookings. It never books a flight, changes a date, cancels a reservation, or spends any money. Every booking decision stays with you.

Does it text travellers automatically?

No. Every text is queued in Twilio and waits for approval before it goes out, so a traveller only hears from you once a human has released the message.

Can it check me in for a flight?

No. It reports when online check-in has opened and nobody has used it, but checking in, choosing a seat, and paying for bags are all done by a person.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
