Does it download any files?
No. WebRun reads the download history that already exists in your account and records the details. It never downloads an asset, and file uploads and downloads are blocked by the run policy.
What if an asset cannot be matched to a project?
It goes on the register as unassigned with its date and license reference, so a person can attribute it. WebRun never guesses a client when the calendar shows nothing that day.
Where does the register go?
To your own Telegram group only. Nothing is posted publicly, sent to a client, or shared outside the team, so license references stay internal.
