Automated Emirates Schedule Change Alerts
Every hour, WebRun checks Emirates for the team's upcoming bookings, posts any delay, gate change, or cancellation to Telegram, and sends a Twilio text the moment a change puts a connecting flight at risk.
How do I get alerted when an Emirates schedule change threatens a connection?
WebRun checks your team's Emirates bookings every hour, posts any delay or schedule change to Telegram, and sends a Twilio text the moment a change puts a connecting flight at risk. Travelers hear about a tight connection while there's still time to react, not after they've missed the gate.
- At-risk connections get flagged while there's still time to react
- Every schedule change reaches the traveler within the hour
- Only genuinely urgent changes trigger a text, so alerts stay meaningful

Questions, answered
Will it rebook a missed connection for us?
No. WebRun only reads booking status and reports changes. Rebooking a missed or at-risk connection is left to the traveler or your travel coordinator.
How does it decide a connection is at risk?
It compares the new arrival time against the connecting flight's departure time, and flags it once the gap gets tight enough to matter.
Does it cover bookings made outside our company account?
It only reads bookings visible in the connected Emirates account, so a trip booked separately by a traveler won't show up unless it's added to that account.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
