No. WebRun only reads folder dates and sizes and builds a candidate list in Trello. Archiving, moving, and deleting stay with your storage admin, so nothing disappears without a person deciding.
How does it decide a folder is dormant?
It reads the most recent last modified date across the files inside a folder. If nothing has changed within the window you set, twelve months by default, the folder becomes a candidate.
Can I protect folders that must be kept?
Yes. Mark any folder as retained and WebRun skips it on every run, so records held for legal or compliance reasons never turn up on the archive list.
