No. WebRun counts highlights per tag and reports the movement. Tagging, merging tags and writing insights all stay with your researchers, because those are interpretation, not counting.
How is a rising theme defined?
By the change in highlight count carrying that tag this month against last month, rolled up across every project in scope. Brand new tags are listed separately, since a first appearance is not the same as growth.
Can I limit it to certain projects?
Yes. You set the projects in scope once and WebRun counts only those, so an archived study or a personal scratch project does not distort the theme counts.
