In short

How do I get alerted when a new Domain listing matches my buyer's brief?

WebRun runs the buyer's saved Domain search every hour, compares results against the last check, and posts every new matching listing to Slack with price and days on market. Listings inside the top-priority suburb or price range also trigger a Telegram alert, so a hot listing reaches the advocate within the hour.

  • New listings reach the advocate within the hour of hitting Domain
  • Top-priority matches arrive by Telegram so they're never missed
  • Every match is logged once, so there's no duplicate noise

    • Post each new match with price, suburb, and a link
    • Group multiple matches from the same run into one message

Questions, answered

Will it contact a listing agent or make an offer?

No. WebRun only reads listing data and reports new matches. Contacting an agent or making an offer is a decision for the buyer's advocate to make.

How is a top-priority match decided?

The buyer's advocate sets the price range or suburb that matters most, and only listings inside that range trigger a Telegram alert.

Will the same listing get posted twice?

No. Each listing is only posted once, the first time it matches the saved search, even if it stays listed for weeks.
