Questions, answered
Will it disable or delete any of my links?
No. WebRun only reads link settings and reports on them. It never turns a link off, adds a passcode, sets an expiry, or deletes a document. Every change is left to the person who owns the deal.
What makes a link risky?
Three defaults: no email required to view, no expiry date on a link over 90 days old, and downloading left enabled. Adjust any of these, or add your own rule such as links shared outside a named domain.
Does it show me who viewed the documents?
This run reports on link settings, not on viewers. It notes only the last view date so you can see which links are still in use and which can be retired.
