Automated Disney Plus Account Security Reviews

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Disney+, reads each profile and its rating limit, checks which devices still have access to the account, records the whole picture in Airtable, and opens a Trello card for anything that moved since last week, such as a kids profile whose rating limit was raised or a device you do not recognise.

In short

How do I check which devices are signed in to my streaming account?

WebRun reviews your Disney+ account every Monday. It reads each profile and its content rating limit, checks which devices are still signed in, records the settings in Airtable, and opens a Trello card for anything that changed, so a slipped parental control or an unknown device gets caught early.

  • A slipped kids rating limit is caught the same week
  • Unrecognised devices are named rather than discovered by accident
  • Every profile and device is on record week by week

Built for parents · family account holders · shared household accounts · anyone tightening streaming security

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.disneyplus.com/login in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Disney+ - read profiles, controls and devices
    disneyplus.com
WebRun in Disney+: read profiles, controls and devices
WebRun opens Disney+ to read profiles, controls and devices.
    • Sign in to Disney+ and open your account and profile settings
    • Capture each profile with its name, whether it is a kids profile, and the content rating limit set on it
    • Capture the devices currently signed in to the account and your active subscription plan and billing date

Done when Every profile, rating limit, and signed in device has been read.

  3. 2
Airtable - record this week's settings
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: record this week's settings
WebRun opens Airtable to record this week's settings.
    • Update your account settings base with this week's profiles, rating limits, devices, and plan
    • Keep last week's values alongside so a changed setting is visible rather than overwritten
    • Mark any device that appeared for the first time this week as new

Done when This week's settings are recorded and compared against last week's.

  4. 3
Trello - raise a card for anything that changed
    trello.com
WebRun in Trello: raise a card for anything that changed
WebRun opens Trello to raise a card for anything that changed.
    • Open a card for each change: a rating limit raised, a profile added or renamed, or a device seen for the first time
    • Put the old value and the new value on the card so the decision is one glance
    • Leave the sign out and the control change to you. WebRun never removes a device, edits a profile, or changes a rating limit

Done when Every change from the past week has a card waiting for your decision.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it sign devices out or change a rating limit?

No. WebRun reads settings and reports what changed. Signing a device out, editing a profile, or tightening a rating limit stays entirely with the account holder.

Does it store my password anywhere?

No. WebRun signs in through the browser the same way you do, and the Strict Lockdown policy guardrails every typed character. Credentials are never written into Airtable or Trello.

What counts as a change worth a card?

Three things: a content rating limit that moved, a profile added or renamed, and a device seen on the account for the first time. Everything else is recorded quietly.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
