Automated DiDi Driver Document Reminders
Every morning, WebRun signs in to your DiDi account, reads the documents held against your driver and vehicle records with their expiry dates, counts the days left on each, keeps a tidy copy in Google Drive, and texts you through Twilio when a renewal is coming up or the account status has changed.
How do I get reminded before my driver documents expire?
WebRun signs in to your DiDi account every morning and reads the expiry dates on your driver and vehicle documents. It counts the days left on each, keeps the files and a summary in Google Drive, and texts you through Twilio while there is still time to renew, so a lapsed document never costs you a shift.
- A renewal is booked before a suspension costs a shift
- Every document and its expiry date sits in one folder
- The reminder repeats as the date gets close, so it is not missed once
Built for rideshare drivers · small fleet owners · delivery drivers · gig workers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it upload or submit a renewal for me?
No. WebRun reads the expiry dates and warns you. It uploads no document, submits no renewal, and changes nothing on your account. Booking and filing the renewal stays with you.
How much warning do I get?
As much as you ask for. Set the warning period to 30 days, or 60, and WebRun texts you when a document crosses it, then reminds you again as the date gets close.
Who can see the documents it files?
Only you. Copies go to your own Google Drive folder and the text goes to your own number. WebRun shares nothing with anyone else and posts nothing publicly.
