Will it edit or delete my diagrams?
No. The draw.io step is read only. WebRun opens the file list to read names, dates, and owners, and never changes a shape, saves a file, or removes anything from your storage.
What counts as stale?
Whatever limit you set, commonly six or twelve months since the last save. Anything past that limit gets a Trello review card, and everything else is simply recorded in the Notion index as current.
Who gets the review card?
The person who last saved the diagram, where draw.io shows an owner. When no owner is visible the card is created unassigned and lands in the review list for the team to pick up.
