No. WebRun reads My Trips and reports. Checking in, picking a seat, changing a flight, or cancelling a booking is never done by the run, because those actions cost money or a boarding position.

Yes. Every trip visible in the account is recorded and grouped by traveler on the Notion board, so an office manager can prepare a whole team's travel from one view.
Who gets the text?
Only the internal traveler numbers you configure. WebRun never texts a customer, a hotel, or anyone outside that list, and any other message is left as a draft for approval.
