Automated Delta Trip Prep Reminders
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Delta My Trips, reads every upcoming booking with its confirmation number, flights, times and seat assignments, updates a Notion travel board, and sends a Twilio text about any trip departing soon that still has an unassigned seat or an open check-in window.
How do I keep track of upcoming Delta trips and check-in windows?
WebRun signs in to Delta My Trips each week and records every upcoming booking with its confirmation number, flights, times and seat assignments on a Notion travel board. It then texts travelers whose trip is missing a seat or whose check-in window has opened, without ever checking in or changing a booking.
- Travelers are reminded before check-in opens rather than at the gate
- Unassigned seats are caught days ahead, not at boarding
- One Notion board shows every upcoming trip across the whole team
Built for frequent flyers · office managers · executive assistants · travel coordinators
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-

1
Delta Air Lines - read your upcoming trips
WebRun opens Delta Air Lines to read your upcoming trips. - Sign in to Delta and open My Trips
- Capture every upcoming trip with its confirmation number, route, dates, and flight numbers
- Record the departure and arrival times, the aircraft, and the seat assigned on each segment
- Note which trips are inside the check-in window and which segments have no seat assigned
- Never change, cancel, rebook, or check in for a flight
Done when Every upcoming trip is captured with its flights, seats, and check-in state.
-
2
Notion - update the travel board
WebRun opens Notion to update the travel board. - Open your travel board database in Notion
- Add or update one row per trip with the confirmation number, route, dates, and seats
- Group the board by traveler and sort by departure date
- Mark trips that have already flown as completed so the board shows only what is ahead
- Leave the hotel, ground transport, and purpose fields for your team to complete
Done when The Notion travel board matches what is booked in Delta My Trips.
-
3
Twilio - text the traveler what is missing
WebRun opens Twilio to text the traveler what is missing. - Open Twilio and prepare a short text for each traveler with a trip needing attention
- Include the route, the departure time, and exactly what is missing, such as an unassigned seat
- Mention when the check-in window opens so the traveler can do it themselves
- Send only to the traveler numbers on your internal list, and leave anything else as a draft for approval
Done when Every traveler with an unprepared trip has been texted what to fix.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it check me in or change my seat?
No. WebRun reads My Trips and reports. Checking in, picking a seat, changing a flight, or cancelling a booking is never done by the run, because those actions cost money or a boarding position.
Can it cover several travelers?
Yes. Every trip visible in the account is recorded and grouped by traveler on the Notion board, so an office manager can prepare a whole team's travel from one view.
Who gets the text?
Only the internal traveler numbers you configure. WebRun never texts a customer, a hotel, or anyone outside that list, and any other message is left as a draft for approval.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
