Automated Delta eCredit Expiry Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to your Delta account, reads the eCredits and travel credits sitting unused, records the value and expiry date on each, posts the ones running out soonest to Slack, and drafts a reminder email to the traveler who holds the credit.
How do I keep track of airline travel credit before it expires?
WebRun signs in to your Delta account every Monday and reads the eCredits sitting unused in it. It records each credit's value and expiry date, posts the ones expiring soonest to Slack, and drafts a Gmail reminder to the traveler, so credit gets spent on the next booking instead of lapsing.
- Travel credit is spent instead of quietly lapsing
- The value at risk in the next 90 days is visible every Monday
- Traveler reminders are written for you and wait in Drafts

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it book a flight or spend the credit?
No. WebRun never books, never pays, and never enters card details. It reads the credit balance and expiry dates and tells you, so a person decides how the credit is used.
Does it email travelers on its own?
No. Each reminder is written and left unsent in Gmail Drafts. You read it, adjust it, and send it yourself, so nobody gets an unexpected message from your account.
How far ahead does it warn me?
It lists every unused credit with the days remaining and puts the soonest first, so a credit expiring in three months shows up long before the final week.
