Automated Deliveroo Menu Availability Checks
Every morning before service, WebRun signs in to Deliveroo, checks each site's menu for items still switched off and confirms today's opening hours are set, posts the prep list to Microsoft Teams, and queues a short text in Twilio for the kitchen lead to approve.
How do I make sure no menu items are switched off before service starts?
WebRun checks your Deliveroo menu every morning before service, listing every item still marked unavailable, how long it has been off, and whether today's opening hours look right. It posts the prep list to Microsoft Teams per site and queues a kitchen text in Twilio for someone to approve.
- Best sellers stop sitting switched off for days unnoticed
- Wrong opening hours are caught before orders are lost
- Nothing is texted or changed without a person approving it
Built for restaurant operators · multi-site food businesses · dark kitchens · operations managers

1
Deliveroo - check menu and hours
WebRun opens Deliveroo to check menu and hours. - Sign in to Deliveroo and open each site you run
- List every menu item currently marked unavailable and how long it has been off
- Check today's opening hours match your intended trading times
- Note any item that has been switched off for more than a week, since it is probably forgotten rather than sold out
- Read only. Do not switch items back on

-
2
Microsoft Teams - post the prep list
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the prep list. - Post today's prep list to the operations channel in Microsoft Teams

- Call out any item switched off for more than seven days
- Flag any site whose opening hours look wrong for today

Twilio - queue the kitchen text
WebRun opens Twilio to queue the kitchen text. - Open Twilio and prepare a short text for the kitchen lead at each affected site
- Name the top items that are off and ask whether they can go back on

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it switch menu items back on by itself?
No. WebRun only reads your Deliveroo menu and reports what is off. Turning an item back on is a kitchen decision, because only the kitchen knows what is actually in the fridge. The report tells them what to check.
Does it text the kitchen without approval?
No. Every Twilio message is queued and left unsent until a person releases it. On days when nothing is switched off, no message is queued at all.
Can it cover more than one location?
Yes. Each site is checked in turn and appears as its own group in the Teams post, with its own queued kitchen text, so a multi-site operator gets one view of every kitchen.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
