No. WebRun puts the list in front of managers through Trello and WhatsApp. It never emails a learner, sends a DataCamp reminder, or posts anything a team member would see, so the nudge stays a human conversation.
Does it change assignments or deadlines?
No. WebRun reads assigned tracks, progress, and activity dates only. It never assigns a course, extends a deadline, or removes a seat, so the learning plan stays exactly as your enablement team set it.
What counts as stalled?
No progress on an assigned track for fourteen days, or being behind an assignment deadline. Both thresholds are yours to change, and finished learners and anyone marked on leave are skipped.
