In short

How do I turn design review comments into a task list?

WebRun opens CorelDRAW every morning and reads the comments reviewers left on your shared designs. It turns every open comment into a Notion task grouped by file, carrying the reviewer and the version, then texts you through Twilio when a revision is urgent, so feedback never stays buried in a review link.

  • Every open comment is a task by the time the designer sits down
  • Feedback is grouped by file, so one pass clears a whole design
  • Revisions with a deadline close by get a text the same morning

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.coreldraw.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    CorelDRAW - collect reviewer comments

    • Open CorelDRAW and go to the designs you have shared for review
    • Read every comment left by a reviewer and note which are still open
    • Capture the reviewer, the file, the file version, and the comment text
    • Note the current approval status of each shared design

Done when Every open comment on a shared design is captured with its reviewer and file version.

  3. 2
Notion - build the revision task list
    notion.so

    • Create a task for each open comment in your revisions database
    • Group tasks by file so all feedback on one design sits together
    • Record the reviewer, the version commented on, and the approval status
    • Skip comments already turned into a task on an earlier run

Done when Every open comment has a Notion task, grouped by file.

  4. 3
Twilio - text you about urgent revisions
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text you about urgent revisions
WebRun opens Twilio to text you about urgent revisions.
    • Draft a short text listing designs with open comments and a deadline close by
    • Send only to your own number or the studio's number, never to a reviewer or client
    • Include how many comments are open per file so the workload is clear
    • Skip the text on mornings with no new comments

Done when You have this morning's urgent revision text, or there was nothing new.

Questions, answered

Will it reply to reviewers or clients?

No. WebRun builds an internal Notion list and texts your own number. It never replies to a comment, messages a reviewer, or marks a design approved on your behalf.

Does it change the design files?

No. It reads comments and approval status only. Every file, layer, and version in CorelDRAW is left exactly as the designer left it.

What stops the same comment becoming a task twice?

WebRun checks the Notion database first and skips any comment already logged, so a comment that stays open for a week is one task, not seven.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
