Automated Convin QA Backlog Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens Convin, checks which calls from the past week still have not been scored by a QA reviewer, logs the pending review list to Google Sheets so the backlog is visible, and summarizes QA scoring trends for the team in Notion, so a growing backlog gets caught early instead of showing up as a surprise at the monthly review.
How do I keep track of the Convin QA scoring backlog?
Every Monday, WebRun opens Convin and checks which calls from the past week still have no QA score recorded, logging the pending list to Google Sheets so the backlog stays visible. It summarizes scoring trends for the team in Notion, so a growing backlog of unscored calls gets caught early instead of surfacing as a surprise at the monthly review.
- The QA backlog is visible every Monday, not just at month end
- Scoring trends by rep are tracked automatically

Questions, answered
Does it score the calls itself?
No. WebRun only reports which calls still need scoring. The actual QA scoring is still done by a reviewer in Convin.
How does it know a call needs scoring?
It reads the QA status Convin already tracks for each call, so a call only appears on the backlog once genuinely nothing has been scored yet.
What happens once a call gets scored?
It reads the live QA status each Monday, so once a reviewer scores a call, it drops off the following week's backlog automatically.
