No. WebRun reports the details ContactOut already found for each contact. It does not run its own separate verification.
What counts as a target account match?
A contact whose company appears on the target account list you maintain, so the Twilio text is reserved for accounts you have already chosen to prioritize.
Does it reach out to the found contact?
No. WebRun only saves the export and alerts the rep. Any outreach to the contact is started by a person.
