Automated Codecademy Cohort Streak Nudges

Every morning, WebRun opens Codecademy, checks each cohort member's streak and current course progress, books a catch-up session in Google Calendar for anyone 3 or more days stale, and drafts a WhatsApp nudge for you to review and send yourself.

In short

How do I catch cohort learners before their Codecademy streak breaks?

WebRun checks each cohort member's Codecademy streak every morning, books a catch-up session in Google Calendar for anyone 3 or more days stale, and drafts a WhatsApp nudge naming the booked slot for you to review and send, so a stalled learner gets a human check-in before they quietly drop out.

  • Stale learners get a catch-up slot within 2 days, not weeks later
  • Every nudge is reviewed by a human before it sends
  • Cohort dropout risk is caught while it's still recoverable

Questions, answered

Will it message learners on WhatsApp without me?

No. Every nudge is drafted and queued for your review. WebRun never sends a WhatsApp message on its own, you approve and send each one.

How stale does a streak need to be to get flagged?

3 or more days with no Codecademy activity. Anyone still active stays off the list entirely.

Does it double-book a catch-up session?

No. It checks the calendar first and only books an open slot, so it never overwrites an existing event.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
