Automated Clipdrop Daily Image Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Clipdrop, lists every image processed the day before such as background removals, upscales, and cleanups, checks Google Calendar to see which campaign each one belongs to, and posts a daily digest to Microsoft Teams grouped by campaign, so the marketing team can see what is ready without opening Clipdrop themselves.

In short

How do I get a daily summary of images edited in Clipdrop?

WebRun checks Clipdrop every morning for images processed the day before, matches each to its campaign using Google Calendar, and posts a daily digest to Microsoft Teams grouped by campaign. Marketing teams see what is ready to use without opening Clipdrop or asking who worked on what.

  • Finished images get noticed the same morning they are ready
  • Images are grouped by campaign instead of a flat file list
  • The marketing team stops asking what got edited yesterday

Questions, answered

Does it edit or generate images itself?

No. WebRun only reports on images your team has already processed in Clipdrop. It never edits or generates new images on its own.

What happens to images that do not match a campaign?

They still show in the digest under an unmatched section, so nothing gets buried just because it was not tagged to a calendar event.

Can it tell me who processed each image?

It reports the edit type and file name from Clipdrop. Whether the account shows an individual user depends on how your Clipdrop workspace is set up.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
