Who gets the WhatsApp alert?
Only an internal manager, and only once an assignee crosses the escalation threshold you set. It never messages a client or the assignee's own phone without your setup saying so.
How is the threshold decided?
You set the number of open overdue tasks that counts as too many. WebRun just counts the current total from ClickUp and compares it each hour.
