Questions, answered
Will it book a class for an employee?
No. WebRun only reads bookings and credit balances that already exist. Booking or cancelling a class is left to the employee.
Why track unused credits?
Unused credits close to their renewal date are the clearest sign a benefit is going to waste, so the scorecard flags them before they expire.
Is individual attendance shared outside HR?
The export goes to whoever administers the benefit, typically HR. Set the Sheets and Notion sharing to match who should see individual usage.
