Automated Clari Stalled Deal Reviews

Every Monday, WebRun opens Clari, reads every open opportunity in the current quarter with its stage, amount, close date and last activity, pulls out the ones with no activity or no stage movement inside the window you set, writes a pipeline review page in Notion grouped by rep with the biggest stalled deals first, and appends the week's snapshot to Airtable so slippage over time is visible.

In short

How do I find the deals in my pipeline that have stopped moving?

WebRun reads your open Clari opportunities every Monday and pulls out the deals with no recent activity, too long in one stage, or a close date already past. It writes a review page in Notion grouped by rep with the stall reason and value beside each deal, and logs the weekly snapshot to Airtable.

  • Pipeline review starts with the list already written
  • Every stalled deal carries a named reason and a value
  • Deals stalling three weeks running are flagged from the Airtable history

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.clari.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Mark any deal with no activity in the last 14 days, any deal in the same stage longer than your stage limit, and any deal whose close date has already passed
    • Note deals whose close date has been pushed more than once
    • Skip closed won and closed lost

  4. 3

WebRun opens Airtable to log the weekly snapshot.
    • Append one Airtable row per stalled deal with the week, the owner, the stage, the amount, and the stall reason
    • Keep past weeks so a deal that has stalled repeatedly is easy to spot
    • Flag any deal appearing for the third week running

Done when This week's stalled deals are recorded in Airtable with their history.

Questions, answered

Will it contact customers or reps directly?

No. WebRun writes an internal review page in Notion and a log in Airtable. It never emails a prospect, never messages a rep on their behalf, and never edits a deal in Clari.

What counts as a stalled deal?

No activity in the last 14 days, longer than your limit in the same stage, a close date already in the past, or a close date pushed more than once. You set the windows when you turn it on.

Can it change a forecast or a close date?

No. Clari is read-only for WebRun. Forecast calls, stage changes, and close dates stay entirely with the rep and their manager.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
