Questions, answered
Will it cancel an order or contact support for me?
No. Cancelling an order cannot be undone, so WebRun never does it. It tells you which book is late and how late, and you decide whether to wait, cancel, or source it elsewhere.
What if an order has no tracking yet?
It gets its own column on the board and stays there until tracking appears. Orders sitting with no tracking for several days are the ones worth chasing first.
Can I tell it when term starts?
Yes. Give WebRun the date you need each book by and it compares every delivery estimate against that date, messaging you as soon as an estimate slips past it.
