Questions, answered
Will it reply to customers on my Canny board?
No. Canny posts are public to your users, so WebRun never comments, never changes a status and never merges a post. It only reads the boards and tells you privately which posts need a human.
How does it decide a post is going cold?
Two signals: how many days the post has been open with no reply from anyone on your team, and how many votes it has collected in that time. High votes plus long silence sorts to the top.
Does it double-count posts I already handled?
No. Each run reads the live board, so any post you replied to or gave a status is closed out in Airtable and drops off the Telegram list the next morning.
