Automated Calm Subscription Renewal Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun signs into your Calm account, reads the current plan, renewal date, and billing amount, drafts a heads-up SMS to the budget owner in Twilio for you to approve, and posts a short reminder to Telegram when the renewal is inside your notice window.
How do I get reminded before my Calm subscription renews?
WebRun checks your Calm account every Monday and reads the current plan, price, auto-renew state, and renewal date. Once the renewal falls inside your notice window, it drafts a heads-up SMS to the budget owner in Twilio for you to approve and posts the reminder to Telegram, so no renewal lands unnoticed.
- Renewals surface days before the card is charged
- Price and plan changes are flagged the week they appear
- No message goes to the budget owner without your approval

Questions, answered
Will it cancel or change my subscription?
No. WebRun only reads your Calm subscription settings. It never cancels, never changes a plan, never enters card details, and never buys anything. Every billing decision stays with you.
Will it text the budget owner without asking?
No. The SMS sits in Twilio as an approval-pending draft with the plan, amount, and date filled in. It only goes out after you release it.
How far ahead does the warning arrive?
As far ahead as you choose. Set a notice window of 7, 14, or 30 days and WebRun starts reminding you once the renewal date falls inside it, once per cycle rather than every week.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
