Automated Cal.com Unconfirmed Booking Alerts
Every hour during business hours, WebRun opens Cal.com, reads the unconfirmed bookings queue, works out how long each request has been waiting and how close it is to its proposed start time, posts anything past your limit to Microsoft Teams, and sends the urgent ones to WhatsApp so the host confirms or declines before the slot arrives.
How do I stop Cal.com booking requests from sitting unconfirmed?
WebRun checks your Cal.com unconfirmed bookings every hour, measures how long each request has waited and how soon it starts, and posts the queue to Microsoft Teams. Requests starting within a day go to WhatsApp with the host named, so no booking request sits unanswered until the slot passes.
- Booking requests get an answer the same day
- Near-term requests are escalated to the host by name
- Confirmations stay human because they email the attendee

Questions, answered
Will it confirm or decline bookings for me?
No. Confirming or declining sends an email to the attendee, so both stay manual. WebRun reads the queue and prompts the host, and a person clicks the button inside Cal.com.
Does it contact the person who booked?
No. The only messages it sends are internal, to your own Microsoft Teams channel and your team WhatsApp chat. Attendees never hear from WebRun.
Will it keep alerting about the same request?
No. Each request is posted once when it passes your waiting limit, then repeated only if it becomes urgent because the requested slot is within a day. Confirmed and declined requests drop off the next run.
