In short

How do I get a weekly report on which social posts performed best?

WebRun opens Buffer every Monday and reads the performance of every post published in the last seven days across your connected channels. It files a dated scorecard in Google Drive, then sends a WhatsApp summary naming your best and worst posts and the week-over-week direction.

  • Every Monday starts with last week's numbers already written up
  • Weak posting slots get spotted instead of repeated
  • A dated archive of weekly performance builds up in Drive on its own

Questions, answered

Will it publish or reschedule anything in Buffer?

No. WebRun only reads your Buffer analytics. It never publishes a post, edits your queue, or changes a schedule. The scorecard and the WhatsApp summary are the only things it produces.

Which numbers end up in the scorecard?

Only the figures Buffer itself reports for each published post on each connected channel. WebRun copies them as shown and never estimates or fills in a metric Buffer does not give it.

Does it cover every connected channel?

Yes. It walks each channel connected to your Buffer account in turn, so the scorecard covers all of them in one table rather than one network at a time.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
