Automatic Booking.com Rate Drop Checks
Every morning, WebRun opens Booking.com, prices the same property, room and dates you already booked, compares it against the rate on your Gmail confirmation, and posts to Slack any trip that is now cheaper along with its free cancellation deadline.
How do I check if a hotel I already booked has dropped in price?
Every morning, WebRun signs into Booking.com, prices the same room and dates you already booked, and compares it against what you paid. It pulls each confirmation from Gmail, then posts a Slack list of trips that are now cheaper, with the date free cancellation runs out.
- Price drops are caught while free cancellation is still available
- Every saving arrives with the deadline to act on it
- Rebooking becomes a decision instead of a scramble

Booking.com - re-price your booked stays
WebRun opens Booking.com to re-price your booked stays. - Open Booking.com and list your upcoming bookings
- For each one, note the property, room type, check-in date, nights and the free cancellation deadline
- Search the same property and dates again and read today's price for the equivalent room
- Skip any booking that is already past its free cancellation deadline

- Work out the difference between the paid rate and today's price for the same room
Done when Each stay has a confirmed paid rate and a calculated difference.
-

WebRun opens Slack to post the savings found. - Post only the stays that are cheaper today, biggest saving first

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it cancel and rebook on its own?
No. WebRun never cancels a booking, makes a new one, or enters payment details. It reports the saving and the deadline, and a person decides whether to rebook.
How does it compare like for like?
It searches the same property, room type, dates and guest count, then checks the paid rate on your Gmail confirmation, so a cheaper room with different terms is not counted as a saving.
What about bookings that cannot be cancelled?
They are skipped. Any stay already past its free cancellation deadline is left off the list, because a price drop you cannot act on is only noise.
