Automatic Bolt Business Team Spend Reporting

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Bolt Business account, reads the rides taken so far this month, groups the cost by team, group, and member, saves a breakdown file to Google Drive, and updates the running spend-against-budget figures in Airtable.

In short

How do I see Bolt Business ride spend broken down by team?

WebRun breaks down your Bolt Business ride spend by team every Monday. It reads the month's rides, groups cost by team, group, and member, names the heaviest routes, updates spend against budget in Airtable, and saves the detailed breakdown to Google Drive, so cost centre allocation is done before the invoice arrives.

  • Spend per team is known weekly, not at invoice time
  • Teams pacing to overrun are flagged mid-month
  • Ride-level detail is filed for the finance folder automatically

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens bolt.eu/en in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

Done when This week's breakdown file is saved in Google Drive.

Questions, answered

Does it change anything in my Bolt account?

No. WebRun only reads ride history and costs. It never books a ride, edits a group, changes a payment method, or messages a rider. Everything it produces is a report.

Where do the budgets come from?

From the budget figures you record per team in Airtable. WebRun reads them each run and shows month-to-date spend next to the number you set, plus the gap.

Can I see it before the monthly invoice arrives?

Yes. That is the point. The breakdown updates every Monday from live ride data, so cost centre allocation is done before the invoice lands rather than after.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
