Automated BMO Low Balance Alerts
Every hour, WebRun opens BMO, checks your business balance and recent withdrawals against the minimum you set, adds a top up reminder to Google Calendar when it dips, and messages you on WhatsApp the same day so you're never caught short.
How do I get alerted before my BMO business balance runs low?
WebRun checks your BMO business balance every hour against the minimum you set, adds a top up reminder to Google Calendar when it dips, and messages you on WhatsApp the same day. It never transfers funds itself, so you get a timely heads up to top up the account before a payment bounces.
- Low balance gets flagged the same hour, not after a payment bounces
- A calendar reminder makes the top up hard to forget
- Quiet hours stay quiet since only real dips trigger a message
Built for small business owners · solo founders · bookkeepers · finance managers

Questions, answered
Will it transfer money in to cover the shortfall?
No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads the balance and alerts you, leaving any transfer to you.
How is the minimum balance set?
You choose the dollar amount when you turn the workflow on, and WebRun only alerts you when the live BMO balance drops under it.
Will I get repeat alerts all day?
No. It checks hourly during business hours but the WhatsApp message only fires when the balance newly crosses your minimum, not on every check.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
