Automated Bluevine Transaction Alerts
Every hour, WebRun opens Bluevine, reads the latest account activity, compares each debit against the size threshold and the payee list you set, sends you a WhatsApp message the moment something unusual clears, and drops a rolling record of every flag into a Telegram thread.
How do I get alerted about unusual transactions in my business bank account?
WebRun checks your Bluevine account activity every hour, comparing each new transaction against your size threshold and your known payee list. Anything large, unfamiliar, or duplicated gets sent to you on WhatsApp within the hour and logged in Telegram, so an unusual debit never sits unnoticed until month end.
- Unusual debits reach you within the hour, not at month end
- Every flag is logged with payee, amount, and reason
- Quiet hours stay quiet because only flags trigger a message

Questions, answered
Can it stop or reverse a payment it flags?
No. WebRun is read-only inside Bluevine. It never moves money, cancels a transfer, or contacts a payee. It reports the transaction to you on WhatsApp and you decide what to do in your bank.
How do I set what counts as unusual?
You set a dollar threshold and a list of known payees when you turn it on. Anything above the threshold, from a new payee, or duplicated to the same payee in a day gets flagged.
Will it message me every hour?
Only when something is flagged. Quiet hours stay quiet, and several flags in the same hour are grouped into one WhatsApp message.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
