Will it publish or unpublish episodes on its own?
No. WebRun only reads the scheduled episodes and reports what is missing. It never publishes, unpublishes, reschedules or edits an episode, so nothing reaches the RSS feed except by a producer's own action.
Who receives the text message?
Only the producer number you configure in advance. The Twilio text is drafted and queued to that single internal number when an episode fails a check, and no listener, guest or external number is ever contacted.
What does it check on each episode?
It confirms a media file is attached with a plausible length, that the title is a real title and not a placeholder, and that show notes, description, artwork and episode number are filled in, then reports a go or no go per scheduled episode.
