How does it decide which post is worth refreshing?
It ranks by traffic against staleness: posts old enough to have dated, that still pull real pageviews, come first, because updating those returns the most for the least writing.
Can I keep evergreen posts off the list?
Yes. Mark them in the Airtable base or exclude a label, and WebRun leaves those posts out of the queue on every future run.
