Questions, answered
Will it submit templates for approval by itself?
No. WebRun reads status and prepares corrections as drafts. Submitting a template for review, or editing an approved one, stays a human action because a resubmission restarts the review clock.
Does it send any messages to customers?
No. The only message it sends is an internal WhatsApp note to you. Campaign sending is untouched, and WebRun never launches or schedules a campaign.
How does it know which campaigns are blocked?
It matches each pending or rejected template to the campaigns and channels configured to use it in Bird, so you see the launch at risk rather than a template name on its own.
