Automated Bilibili Upload Review Tracking

Every hour, WebRun signs into Bilibili, reads the review status of every submitted video, checks whether the ones scheduled to publish actually went live, posts the running pipeline to Microsoft Teams, and texts you through Twilio when something is rejected or sitting too long.

In short

How do I know when a Bilibili upload passes review or gets rejected?

Every hour WebRun signs into Bilibili, reads the review status of each submitted video, and checks whether anything scheduled has actually gone live. It texts you through Twilio the moment a video is rejected or stuck in review, and keeps the running pipeline posted in Microsoft Teams.

  • A rejected video is known within the hour, not the next day
  • Scheduled releases are confirmed live rather than assumed
  • The whole submission queue sits in one Teams thread with waiting times

Questions, answered

Will it resubmit or edit a rejected video?

No. WebRun reads the queue and reports. It never edits a title, tag, cover image, or publish time, and it never resubmits a video. Any fix and resubmission stays a human decision.

Who gets the Twilio text?

Only your own number, or the team numbers you set up. WebRun never texts viewers, subscribers, or anyone outside the list you configure.

Will it text me every hour?

No. The hourly run always updates the Microsoft Teams thread, but a text goes out only when a video is rejected or misses its scheduled publish slot, one text per video.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
