Automated Be.Live Broadcast Prep Checks
Every morning, WebRun opens Be.Live, checks each broadcast scheduled for today for connected destinations, guest invite links, a title and description, and a cover image, creates a Trello card for every gap it finds, and sends the producer a go or no go list on WhatsApp.
How do I check my live stream is set up before it goes out?
WebRun opens Be.Live every morning and checks each broadcast scheduled for today, confirming the destinations are connected, guest links exist, and the title, description, and cover are filled in. It opens a Trello card per gap and sends the producer a go or no go list on WhatsApp.
- Nothing goes live missing a destination or a guest link
- Each gap gets a Trello card due before the broadcast
- The producer sees the whole day in start-time order

Questions, answered
Will it start or change a broadcast?
No. WebRun only reads the settings on your scheduled broadcasts. Connecting a destination, inviting a guest, or going live all stay in your hands.
Will it message my guests?
No. It checks that a guest invite link exists and flags it when one does not. Sending the link to the guest is left to you or your producer.
What counts as ready to go?
A broadcast with at least one destination connected, a guest link where a guest is expected, a title and description filled in, and a cover image set.
