Automated Bandcamp Supporter Thank-Yous

Every morning, WebRun opens your Bandcamp artist dashboard, reads the orders placed since the last run with the release, format, amount, and country, adds or updates each buyer in your Airtable supporter list, and leaves a short personal thank-you drafted in Gmail for every first-time and repeat buyer, unsent until you approve it.

In short

How do I thank everyone who buys my music without doing it by hand?

WebRun opens your Bandcamp dashboard every morning and reads the orders placed since the last run. It adds each buyer to your Airtable supporter list with their order count and lifetime total, then leaves a personal thank-you drafted in Gmail, unsent until you approve it.

  • Every buyer gets a personal note within a day of ordering
  • Repeat supporters are recognised by name and order count
  • The fan list grows on its own instead of at the end of a tour

Built for independent musicians · record labels · band managers · merch sellers

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens bandcamp.com/login in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Draft a short thank-you for each buyer, naming the release they bought
    • Use a warmer line for repeat buyers, mentioning how many times they have supported you
    • Leave every message in Drafts. Nothing is sent until you read it and click send
    • Group the drafts under one label so the morning review takes a couple of minutes

Done when A thank-you sits in Drafts for every new order, ready for you to send.

Questions, answered

Will it email my supporters on its own?

No. Every thank-you is left in Gmail Drafts under one label. Nothing is sent until you read it and click send, so no supporter ever receives a message you have not seen.

Does it sound like a robot wrote it?

Give WebRun a couple of thank-you notes you have written before and it matches your voice, naming the actual release each person bought and mentioning repeat buyers by their history.

Will it change anything in my Bandcamp account?

No. It reads the sales view only. It never refunds an order, edits a release, changes a price, or marks anything as shipped. Fulfilment stays entirely in your hands.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
