Automated Bandcamp Merch Fulfillment Lists
Every morning, WebRun opens Bandcamp, finds the merch orders still unshipped, sorts them oldest first, records the item, quantity, destination country, and how many days each buyer has waited, builds today's picking list in Notion, and posts the queue length and the oldest order to Microsoft Teams.
How do I keep on top of merch orders that have not shipped yet?
WebRun opens Bandcamp every morning and lists the merch orders still unshipped, oldest first, with the item, variant, quantity, destination, and how long each buyer has waited. It builds today's picking list in Notion with addresses for packing slips and posts the queue length and oldest order to Microsoft Teams.
- No order sits a fortnight unshipped without being named
- Today's picking list is ready before the post office opens
- Orders are grouped by destination so postage is bought in one trip
Built for musicians · independent labels · merch managers · small makers · band managers

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it mark orders as shipped or email buyers?
No. WebRun only reads the order list. Marking an order shipped sends the buyer a notice, so that stays a human action after the parcel is genuinely in the post.
Where do buyer addresses end up?
In the Notion picking list only, where the packing happens. The Teams post carries counts, items, and the age of the oldest order, never a name or an address.
What about orders I shipped but forgot to mark?
They stay on the list until Bandcamp shows them shipped, which is the point: the queue is the honest record, and marking it off keeps buyers correctly informed.
