Automated Balsamiq Weekly Wireframe Scorecard

Every Friday, WebRun opens Balsamiq, lists every wireframe project updated that week, archives a snapshot export of each into Google Drive for version history, and posts a weekly scorecard to Slack showing which projects moved forward and which have sat untouched, so stalled work gets noticed before it becomes a deadline problem.

In short

How do I track weekly progress across multiple Balsamiq wireframe projects?

WebRun checks Balsamiq every Friday for wireframe projects updated that week, archives a version snapshot of each to Google Drive, and posts a weekly scorecard to Slack showing what moved forward and what has stalled. Teams get a running version history and a visible nudge on projects that have gone quiet.

  • Stalled wireframe projects get flagged before a deadline is missed
  • Every project has a running version history in Drive
  • The team sees weekly progress without opening every project

Questions, answered

Does it edit or create wireframes itself?

No. WebRun only reads which projects changed and archives a snapshot. All wireframing stays a manual task inside Balsamiq.

What counts as a stalled project?

Any project with no updates in over two weeks. It still shows in the scorecard so it does not just disappear from view.

Can I recover an older version from the archive?

Yes. Every weekly snapshot is kept in Google Drive under its project folder, so you can open an earlier export if you need to compare versions.

Put this on autopilot.
