Automated Axure RP Review Comment Alerts
Every few hours, WebRun opens Axure Cloud, checks each shared prototype for comments still unresolved, checks the Airtable project tracker for that prototype review deadline, and updates the Notion project page listing which prototypes have comments blocking sign off, so nothing sits waiting on a reply nobody noticed.
How do I catch unresolved Axure RP review comments before a deadline passes?
WebRun checks Axure Cloud prototypes every few hours for unresolved review comments, compares each against the deadline logged in Airtable, and updates the Notion project page with what is blocking sign off. Review threads stop sitting open past deadline just because nobody happened to notice the comment.
- Unresolved comments get surfaced before a deadline, not after
- The project page always shows current blockers, not stale ones
- Reviewers waiting on a response are named, not left guessing

Questions, answered
Does it reply to or resolve comments itself?
No. WebRun only flags which comments are unresolved and how long they have waited. Replying and resolving stays with the design team inside Axure.
How does it know the review deadline?
It reads the deadline you logged for that prototype in the Airtable project tracker, so the alert is only as accurate as that tracker.
Will small, quick comments get flagged too?
Yes, any unresolved comment counts. If you only want to track comments from certain reviewers, filter the Notion page once it updates.
