Automated AskNicely Promoter Review Requests
Every morning, WebRun opens AskNicely, pulls yesterday's promoter responses with their survey comments, drafts a short review request per customer in Twilio, and puts each one on a Trello card for you to approve before anything sends.
How do I ask my happiest customers for a public review?
WebRun opens AskNicely each morning and pulls the promoters who scored you highly the previous day. It drafts a short review request per customer in Twilio, quoting their own survey comment, and files each one on a Trello card, so every ask waits for your approval before it sends.
- Every promoter is asked while the good experience is still fresh
- No review request sends without a human approving it first
- Requests quote the customer's own words instead of a generic blast

Questions, answered
Will it text customers without my approval?
No. Every review request is drafted in Twilio and left unsent, then posted to Trello as a card. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve and release it yourself.
Which customers does it pick?
Only promoters, the people who gave a high NPS score in AskNicely in the last day. Anyone asked for a review in the last quarter is skipped so nobody gets chased twice.
Can the message use what they said in the survey?
Yes. WebRun reads the survey comment in AskNicely and drafts the request around the customer's own words, so the ask sounds like a reply rather than a blast.
