Automated ArtStation Publish Checks
Every night, WebRun opens ArtStation, finds the projects you published that day, checks each project page for a description, tags, the software used and a cover image, writes a per-project fix list into Google Drive, and leaves a Gmail summary drafted for you to read in the morning.
How do I check my ArtStation projects are complete after publishing?
Every night, WebRun opens ArtStation and inspects the projects you published that day, checking each one for a description, tags, software used and whether a cover image is set. It saves a per-project fix list to Google Drive and drafts you a Gmail summary, so nothing stays up half finished.
- No project stays up with empty tags or missing software credits
- Every night's gaps arrive as a short, clearable list
- Your portfolio is never edited or unpublished by the run
Built for concept artists · 3D artists · illustrators · studio art leads

Google Drive - save the fix list
WebRun opens Google Drive to save the fix list. - Open your portfolio folder in Google Drive
- Add tonight's fix list, one section per project, with a link to each project page
- List only what is missing, so the list is short enough to clear in one sitting
- Keep the history, so you can see which gaps keep recurring

-

Gmail - draft your nightly summary

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it edit or unpublish my projects?
No. WebRun reads each project page and reports what is missing. Every edit to your portfolio stays yours to make in ArtStation.
Does it email anyone?
No. The only email is a summary to yourself, and it is left as a Gmail draft. Nothing is sent without you pressing send.
What if a project is deliberately sparse?
Mark it as intentional in the Drive fix list and WebRun stops raising it, so the nightly check only shows genuine omissions.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
