No. WebRun only reads task status from Archer and tracks it. Completing an assessment, closing a control, or reassigning an owner stays a step the task owner takes in Archer.
Does it reassign the task or notify the owner's manager automatically?
No. It only messages you and creates a Trello card. Escalating to a manager or reassigning ownership is a decision you make after seeing the alert.
What if a task is completed in Archer but the card is still open?
It reads the live task status each morning, so once a task shows complete in Archer, it stops appearing as newly overdue in future runs.
