Automated Aramex Delayed Shipment Alerts
Twice a day, WebRun opens Aramex, tracks every shipment on your open list, finds the ones with no scan movement for 48 hours or a hold status, posts them to your Telegram operations channel, and sends the account manager a WhatsApp list with a drafted customer update to review.
How do I find out which shipments have stopped moving?
WebRun tracks your open Aramex shipments twice a day and flags any with no scan movement for 48 hours or an active hold. It posts the exception list to your Telegram operations channel and sends the account manager a WhatsApp brief with a drafted customer update, left unsent for them to review.
- Stalled shipments are named twice a day instead of found by a customer
- Customs holds and failed deliveries are flagged the same day
- Customer updates are drafted but never sent without a person
Built for ecommerce merchants · freight and logistics teams · customer service managers · importers and exporters

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it message my customers about a delay?
No. WebRun drafts the customer update and sends it to your account manager to review. Nothing goes to a customer until a person sends it, because a delay message needs judgement about tone and about what you are offering to do.
Does it change anything in Aramex?
No. It only looks up tracking. It never books a shipment, changes a delivery address, raises a claim, or reschedules a delivery attempt. All of those stay manual by design.
How long before a shipment counts as stalled?
Forty eight hours with no new scan is the default, alongside any explicit hold, customs step, or failed delivery attempt, which are flagged immediately regardless of age.
