No. WebRun reads the shared deck pages and reports what changed. Importing a deck stays a manual step, so your review scheduling and any personal edits are never overwritten.
How does it know a deck was updated?
It compares the updated date and card count on the AnkiWeb deck page against the values recorded on your Trello card from the previous run, so only genuine changes are reported.
Can it track a specific list of decks only?
Yes. Give WebRun the shared decks your group actually uses and it checks that list every Monday, ignoring everything else on AnkiWeb.
