Automated Alchemer Low Score Alerts

Every hour, WebRun opens Alchemer, reads the responses received since the last run, picks out any rating below your threshold or any comment with clear negative sentiment, sends you a WhatsApp message with the score, the verbatim, and who left it where the survey collected it, and saves the day's full response export into a dated Google Drive folder.

Questions, answered

Will it reply to the person who left the score?

No. WebRun never contacts a respondent. It sends the score and the comment to you on WhatsApp and any recovery outreach stays a human decision made in your own tools.

How is a low score defined?

You set the threshold when you turn it on, for example any rating at or below six. WebRun also flags open-text answers with clearly negative wording even when the numeric score passes.

Does it change or delete responses in Alchemer?

No. WebRun reads the results view and downloads the standard export. Responses, surveys and settings in Alchemer are never edited or removed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
