Automated airSlate Workflow Setup Tracking

When a new airSlate document workflow is created, WebRun reads its configuration, builds a Trello checklist covering fields, routing, and bot setup, checks off each stage as it's completed inside airSlate, and drafts a WhatsApp message telling the requester it's ready to review once every card is done.

In short

How do I track setup progress on a new airSlate workflow?

WebRun turns a newly created airSlate document workflow into a Trello checklist covering fields, routing, and bot setup, checking off each card as airSlate shows that stage configured. Once every card is done, it drafts a WhatsApp message for a human to send, so new workflows launch with a visible setup trail instead of silent, untracked configuration.

  • Every workflow setup step is visible on one Trello board
  • Requesters get notified the same day setup finishes, not weeks later
  • Stalled configurations are obvious instead of hidden in an inbox

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens airslate.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
airSlate - read the new workflow's setup
    airslate.com

    • Open the new workflow (Flow) in airSlate
    • Check whether document fields, routing, and bots are configured
    • Note anything still missing before it can go live

Done when The workflow's setup status is read stage by stage.

  3. 2
Trello - track setup steps to done
    trello.com
WebRun in Trello: track setup steps to done
WebRun opens Trello to track setup steps to done.
    • Create a card for each setup stage: fields, routing, bots, and testing
    • Check off cards as airSlate shows that stage configured
    • Move the card to Done once every stage is checked off

Done when Every setup stage has a Trello card that reflects its real status.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - draft the ready-for-review message
    whatsapp.com
WebRun in WhatsApp: draft the ready-for-review message

    • Draft a message to the person who requested the workflow
    • Summarize what was configured and link the Trello board
    • Queue it for a human to send. WebRun does not message the requester itself

Done when A ready-for-review draft is waiting once the checklist is complete.

Questions, answered

Does WebRun configure the workflow itself?

No. It reads what has been configured in airSlate and tracks the remaining steps on a Trello checklist. A human still builds and finalizes the workflow.

Will it message the requester without me approving it?

No. WebRun drafts the ready-for-review WhatsApp message and leaves it queued. A person sends it once they've checked it over.

What if setup stalls halfway through?

The Trello card for that stage simply stays incomplete, so anyone glancing at the board can see exactly what's still outstanding.

Put this on autopilot.
