No. WebRun never edits anything in Aha!. It reports which features have no goal and which goals have no work, and your product team makes the linking decisions.

Only until you exempt it. Mark a Trello card as accepted and WebRun stops reopening it, so keep-the-lights-on work does not clutter the list every week.
Can it cover more than one product line?
