Automated Agile CRM Pipeline Snapshots
Every Monday, WebRun opens Agile CRM, reads every open deal with its stage, value, owner and close date, writes them into Airtable as a dated snapshot beside the previous weeks, and publishes a short Notion note showing what moved stage, what slipped its close date, and what the pipeline is worth now.
How do I keep a weekly snapshot of my sales pipeline?
WebRun opens Agile CRM every Monday and reads every open deal with its stage, value, owner and close date. It writes a dated snapshot into Airtable beside the previous weeks and publishes a Notion note on what advanced, what slipped and what closed, so pipeline movement is visible rather than just the current view.
- Every Monday is stored as a dated row, so stage movement is visible
- Deals that slipped their close date are named, not just re-dated
- Total pipeline value trends week over week without a manual export

1
Agile CRM - read every open deal
WebRun opens Agile CRM to read every open deal. - Open Agile CRM and list every open deal in the pipeline
- Capture the deal name, stage, value, owner and expected close date for each
- Note deals closed won or closed lost since the previous run so the snapshot reconciles
- Record the total pipeline value and the count of deals per stage
- Change nothing in the CRM. This run only reads
Done when Every open deal is captured with stage, value, owner and close date.
-
2
Airtable - write the dated snapshot
WebRun opens Airtable to write the dated snapshot. - Write this week's snapshot into Airtable, one row per deal, stamped with today's date
- Leave every previous week's rows untouched so the table trends rather than overwrites
- Add a summary row with the total pipeline value and the deal count per stage
- Mark deals that changed stage or moved their close date since the last snapshot
Done when This week's dated snapshot sits in Airtable alongside the history.
-
3
Notion - write up the movement
WebRun opens Notion to write up the movement. - Write a short dated note covering total pipeline value and how it moved from last week
- List the deals that advanced a stage and the ones that slipped their close date
- Name the deals closed won and closed lost in the week
- Stack the notes on one page so a quarter reads end to end
Done when This week's pipeline note is published in Notion.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it change anything in my CRM?
No. WebRun only reads Agile CRM. It never edits a deal, never moves a stage, never adds a note and never contacts a customer. The snapshot is written into Airtable and Notion instead.
Why keep a snapshot outside the CRM?
Because the CRM shows the current view only. A dated Airtable row per week lets you see a deal move from stage to stage, and see close dates slipping, which a live pipeline view cannot show.
Does it overwrite last week's numbers?
No. Every snapshot is stamped with its date and added alongside the previous ones, so the table builds a trend and old weeks stay exactly as they were recorded.
