Automated Agile CRM Next Step Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Agile CRM, checks every open deal for a scheduled task or meeting, books the missing next step on Google Calendar wherever a contact's preferred time is already on record, and alerts Microsoft Teams for any deal that still has nothing booked, so momentum does not quietly stall between conversations.

In short

How do I find Agile CRM deals with no next step scheduled?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Agile CRM and checks every open deal for a scheduled task or meeting, booking one on Google Calendar wherever a contact's preferred time is already on record. For deals that still have nothing booked, it alerts Microsoft Teams, so a deal never quietly stalls just because no one scheduled the next conversation.

  • Deals with no next step get caught before they stall
  • Meetings get booked automatically wherever a time is already known
  • The team sees scheduling gaps every Monday, not at quarter end

Questions, answered

Does it book a meeting without the contact agreeing to a time?

No. WebRun only books a slot when a contact's preferred time is already on record in Agile CRM. Otherwise it just alerts the team so a rep can reach out and schedule one.

What counts as a scheduled next step?

Any task or meeting already logged against the deal in Agile CRM. A deal with nothing logged is what gets flagged or booked.

Does it touch an existing meeting?

No. WebRun only books a new next step when none exists. It never edits or cancels something already on the calendar.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
