No. WebRun only books a slot when a contact's preferred time is already on record in Agile CRM. Otherwise it just alerts the team so a rep can reach out and schedule one.

What counts as a scheduled next step?

Any task or meeting already logged against the deal in Agile CRM. A deal with nothing logged is what gets flagged or booked.

Does it touch an existing meeting?

No. WebRun only books a new next step when none exists. It never edits or cancels something already on the calendar.
